Q: Can I bring my own furniture and belongings?

A: Yes - We encourage our new family members to furnish their apartments with the things they love.

Q: Can I entertain out-of-town guests?

A: Yes — This is your own apartment and you can welcome guests and overnight guests anytime (see the service agreement for details or restrictions).

Q: Can I have pets?

A: Yes — We understand that pets are part of the family! (We reserve the right to accept or decline pets on an individual basis depending on size, temperament, etc.)

Q: Is there a large “entrance” fee and long lease involved?

A: No – We only require a security deposit and our apartments are rented on a month-by-month basis.

Q: Do I have to give up driving?

A: No – We provide exterior and underground parking spots for our residents and encourage them to come and go as they choose.

Q: Am I required to present for every meal?

A: No – We do request notification in the event you are not present for your meal so we know that you are safe. We do not provide any discount off the base rent if meals are not taken.

Q: Can I bring guests for meals?

A: Yes – For a very small fee you may entertain guests for meals as long as advance notice is given to the staff for planning purposes.

Q: Are there frequent rent/fee increases?

A: No – We try very hard to keep our costs affordable and are not in the habit of frequent rent/fee increases. We evaluate our expenses annually and then determine if an increase in rates is required.

Q: Do you have a company bus or a van that provides transportation?

A: Yes—We have a facility vehicle and schedule frequent group shopping trips and activities.

Q: Is my phone included?

A: No— You will be required to setup an individual account with a local telephone provider.
