Kim Wrangell is our Facility Administrator. She joined the Meadows team in September 2011 as a part-time cook, and after a few months accepted a position as Resident Care Assistant. Kim had the opportunity to gain valuable experience working all three shifts. In 2013, she accepted the Dietary Manager position and enjoyed helping create a unique dining experience including favorite recipes shared the tenants! Kim was promoted to RCAC Supervisor in early 2016 and quickly transitioned to the position of Community Manager. In 2021, after four years as Community Manager, Kim was promoted to oversee all aspects of the facility as Administrator.  Kim loves working with the tenants and their families. She also enjoys managing/training staff and helping to create an energetic, positive working environment. Kim has lived in the Fall River area for 20 years and loves the small town atmosphere it offers. In her spare time, she loves to get outdoors and visit the Wisconsin State Parks enjoying everything nature has to offer. Kim’s long-term goal is to visit all the National Parks in the US.

Lisa Hoskins grew up in the Chicago area, but I have lived my adult life in Wisconsin. I graduated from Viterbo University with my BSN in 2003. I started off my healthcare career working in a CBRF/RCAC for people with brain injuries, then worked in both hospital and clinic settings with various populations over the years.

I am married with two boys and two chocolate labs. We enjoy camping and traveling as a family. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, puzzles, and anything outdoors.
